Debrief flow

The debrief helper is the script. This page is how to run it. Do not add a second scoring system. 1. The learner finishes the written day and taps Ready for Debrief. Tells your GM you are ready to debrief. This does not tap Success — your GM still confirms after the debrief. 2. On GM home, open that person under Action items. Use the debrief helper for that week and day. Say the STATE: lines, then stop. 3. Match what you hear to LISTEN FOR:. If they stay vague, use STATE (if vague):. 4. Tap Success only when SUCCESS TAP if: is true for that day. Otherwise tap Fail. Didn’t meet today. Learner stays on this day until Success. 5. Mark debrief complete. Closes the Ready for Debrief loop. This does not tap Success. 6. DON'T: Follow the line on that day’s helper. Do not answer for them. Do not take over the shift. Do not fix more than one focus unless safety or product is at risk.

Ready for Debrief

Ready for Debrief is the learner’s signal that they want the conversation. Tells your GM you are ready to debrief. This does not tap Success — your GM still confirms after the debrief. It does not open the next day, and it does not approve the next week. You still decide Success or Fail after you listen.

Success vs Fail

Success is your tap after the debrief, when SUCCESS TAP if: is true — proof from this shift, not a kind pass. Fail means the day did not meet. Didn’t meet today. Learner stays on this day until Success. The learner stays on that day until Success. Mark debrief complete is not Success. Closes the Ready for Debrief loop. This does not tap Success.

What to listen for

Use LISTEN FOR: on that day’s helper. The lines change by week and day — do not reuse another day’s list. Listen for a real example from this shift. If they cannot explain what happened and why, the day did not meet. If they are vague, use STATE (if vague):.

Learner day content

Same plans learners see for weeks already in the app. Opening a day here does not change anyone’s progress, Success, or week gates.
